At Optimum by Nita, LLC, we use a three-point quality check system to ensure the highest quality and best service for our customers.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the guaranteed hygienic nature of the products. We ask customers to use the tools provided on the website, ex: Size Chart, to ensure proper ordering. 

Any exceptions would need to be emailed to info@optimumbynita.com as the decision would be determined by the owner at that time.
